Default Drivetrain "clunking" sound

I have a 2002 AC Lmtd/TRD. I bought it used with 7k miles in 2004. Occasionlly when I come to stop there will be a "clunking" sound and you feel like you are lurching forward slightly. The dealer says it is inherent in the Tundra.
Well now I have noticed a "clunking" sound when I accelerate while cruising between 50-70mph. I step on the gas and it "clunks" immediately. Has anyone any knowledge on this problem? Is my transmission going south or could it be a drive shaft problem? I am taking it to the dealer still under factory warranty but would like to be armed with any info anyone may be able to offer. They have dismissed all my complaints about the tranny and rear drive shaft noise.
Thank you.
Cojo

Mine does the same thing, as well as multiple users on the forums, people say you can fix it with alot of grease, but im just too scared to get under there and pump it in the wrong place(s)
