Default Which spark plugs are best for ES-300?

Normally, I wouldn't have a problem with selecting a spark plug. Been doing it for many years. So, here I am buying plugs for my ES-300 V-6. Mechanic says they should have 2 electrodes. Autolite plugs at Wallyworld have 2 electrodes. Went to Advance and O'Reilly's on-line and they don't necessarily show that to be so. Could just be the photo, so no bad publicity on this one. Anyway, I had considered NGK or Denso, over the other brands. Why? No real reason.....except just put the Denso Iridium plugs in my Tundra and that is what it called for.

So, which plug do YOU think is best for my car. It has 135K miles and is getting a new pair of valve cover (aka cylinder) gaskets and a new plenum gasket set in the process.

Thanks.

NGK or Denso - that's what the factory uses
