Angry Replacement Header Collector Gaskets??

Hi Guys,

I have a set of the SSAutochrome headers on my truck. I have about 30k miles on them and they have been trouble free. Over the weekend I could hear a new noise which sounded like an exhaust leak. Sure enough the passenger side header is leaking at the Collector gasket. I emailed SSAutochrome and they told me they did not sell the gaskets seperate. I cannot believe this Anybody have a source for some new gaskets? I asked if they knew where I could get some, but they have not responded. Thanks for your help.

Steve

Default Re: Replacement Header Collector Gaskets??

Just go to the dealer and get the factory set. I have the JBA's on my truck and my gaskets started leaking also after a few months. Went to the dealer and got the factory crush seals (metal ring that collapses when you tighten it up). Worked great, better than the ones supplied by JBA. They were like 6 bucks each. And only took like 10 minutes to put in.
