none of them (exhaust or intake) will really help except on the butt-dyno. toyota's cold air intake setup is so good, trueflow left it alone on their set up. you can get some benefit from a drop-in filter tho, at least until the ECU figures out what's going on. trueflow's filter is great stuff, i've been running it for 30-40k now without cleaning or checking, and the throttle body and intake tube are very clean (compared to a k&n). i should probably clean it soon. no problems with oil on the maf, the filter is sticky like snot, not runny like oil. the filter flows better than paper.

A: NO. The factory air box in 1999 and later model vehicles can out flow the engine requirements by several times. These sealed air boxes are perfect for the maximum air flow while keeping the air as cool as possible and protecting your engine from harmful elements.
magnaflow sounds really, really nice on a tundra. unfortunately that's really the most benefit youll get, maybe a couple pounds of torque mid to high, but not off the line at low rpm. search this forum, there are some interesting points made regarding backpressure and pipe diameter. open the exhaust too much and youll actually lose low end torque.

headers on the other hand work great. get some headers, a true flow filter, and whatever exhaust you want to make it sound good, and youll be very happy with the performance. i'd highly recommend s&s long tube headers & y-pipe, but get them bare metal so you can inspect the welds and have them TIGd to your liking, then clean/prep and have them coated yourself. the trd headers are also a great product but can't be home installed unless you know how to weld.
