my fiance took her '97 camry to get smog today and it failed the 25mph CO test.

result of CO test:
MAX - .48
AVE - .03
MEAS- .96

she has a 4cyl. 1997 camry. what should i do to correct this problem? it passed the 15mph test across the board. TIA.
