I have a battery that was tested bad and occasionally have to reset the radio and such. If I replace the battery is there any issues with codes needed for the radio or anything? Or can it just be replaced like you would a normal vehicle? No tricks or gotchas once the battery is disconnected?

Thanks in advance!

Well, a friend of mine just got nice 2004 GX470 and would like to update the Nav disk and add a backup camera. I think the nav system is a gen 3 system but not sure. The disk is the original 3.1 version. I found the nav drive under the the passenger seat but I could not get the disc to eject, is there a trick to it? If I can add a back up camera, where do I get one from?

Thanks,

I have a starter problem, i think. It was intermittent first. turn the key and nothing happens, turn key back and on again and the car starts just fine. now it wont turn over at all. think its a flat spot. is the starter located just to the left of the battery in the upper part of the engine? The round unit held on with 2 long bolts? if so is it fairly easy to switch out? My mechanic is backed up thru next week and i cant be out that long...THX
