I was watching the Barrett Jackson auction the other night, you know, when its either that or snuggie commercials. I fail to recall who's truck it was but I saw a nascar truck go up for sale. I got excited to see what a real nascar tundra would go for, imagine the fun driving that! Final price? A mere $50k! I was shocked and wish I could have bought it for that price. I know they aren't ideal for daily driving but I'd love to cruise around in that, maybe pull up next to one of those SRT10 rams at a stoplight!

The boxer is my girl, the mighty Josie. The beagle is the new guy, 7week old Rascal. The two pits were my fallen brothers, Hennessy(the cow) and Smokiedawg. I still play with them and occasionally drive his old truck in the back ground.

hi. i am trying to get answers for a survey for school. so i figured why not post it here where people have the same interests as me on a site i always browse. thank you for your input.

Ok so sitting at work before hitting the streets and i hear my co workers coming down the hall joking about Fred...(another co worker) when they came back here they were like lets ask Chad (me). they say "do you think freddie is a loser, he has a squeek in his car and hes looking it up on some Mercury Maurader board hes a "member" of (those were finger quotes)...then they look over my shoulder and see me on the Tundra forum....they bust out laughing and leave.

haha. couldnt have had better timing.

Then my buddy comes back here to work on a case and he first logs onto his Moomba boat forum before he gets anything done so i relay the incident to him and he laughs...my old boss used to hang out on her SRT8 forum for her charger....

guess theres lots of "losers" hahahahaha

Living in suburbia, we are always asked for "help" with different functions and organizations. While we give to the Red Cross, Amvets, Purple Heart Veterans and the like, we get kids coming to the door for help in supporting their Basketball and Football Teams, Soccer, Boy and Girl Scouts...you see where I'm going.
While we give and give generously to the Red Cross, Amvets and Purple Hearts, there comes a time where we find ourselves lying to these kids who come to the door and try to sell us "coupons" for their sports team. We don't mind helping out the Scouts but our taxes are high and as you know, a majority goes to the school system.
Even though it might be to help pay for a uniform, sport trip and such, I feel that our ever increasing taxes should be paying for such things.
Besides not answering the door, what do you tell these kids who come by and try to sell you "goods or services" you really don't want or need?

I was reading this article where Government Motors ONLY lost $1.6B this last quarter and how that is a sign things are turning around.... so I do a WTF. Then I read further and they are saying they could pay off their loans to the government by 2010, BUT the money would come from loans FROM THE GOVERNMENT.... What's with that dribble?!!:loco:
