Question Best Lift Kit for ON & OFF Road

Good Day Fellow FJ Aficionados, What are the better of kits available to lift the FJ ??? I plan on both on & off road use, but On Road mostly. Does anyone have any experience as to which 3" kit to use & where in NJ to have it installed Thanks JC Old Man? Tuff Country? Rev Tek? which is Better?
