Default Factory spare tire mount

Greetings fellow FJ owners from a newbie to the site.

I just bought an '07 in Black Cherry 2 weeks ago and have installed a 3" Rough Country lift kit. New wheels and 295x70x17 Nitto's are inbound.
Question: Will the stock spare tire carrier hold a larger tire than the stock 265x70 x17? If not, where can I get a larger carrier (without a large swing-out unit or other intensive mod)?

Many Thanks!

I'm not sure that the spare tire mount will support the weight of the larger tire, but I could be wrong.
Also, I'd think that you wouldn't be able to see much out the rear window, with the larger tire?

Guess you could always use the roof rack...

Update: Check out the picture in the reply for this thread:
Wheel and tire combinations

Apparently, the tires are close to your prospective ones, and it could be that the mount on the tailgate is stock...

Yeah use a roof rack, that big hump in the back with the studs sticking out of it will look fine without anything on it.
I have 285 70 17's and I can see out the back, 295 isn't going to make the already horrific visibility that much worse. One thing, the rear window just barely clears my tire, it is not going to clear yours.
