Default Removing paneling from the left rear door?

Does anyone know the secret to removing the interior paneling from the FJ Cruiser's left rear door? I'm getting an intermittent rattle from the driver's upper seat belt assembly, and would like to take a look at it. The dealer doesn't want to give out the applicable pages from his service manual, and I'm not sure that I want to spring for the cost of an entire service manual myself. Thoughts?
