I have been waiting on Tundra Solutions for someone to install the 4.0 S/C. I have a DC Tacoma and a S/C is definetely in it's future just because it could always use a little extra power when towing in mountain altitudes on 7% grades. I tow a 6,000 lb trailer with probably another 500 lbs in the bed so I am obviously pushing the limits. Truck hadles the weigh well, but really works hard in the mountains. Please update us all with the improvements you have noticed! Thanks.

I hope it helped the FJ more than the Tacoma I just did.
Not very impressed with the power output.
It kinda of reminds me when we S/C'd the TC, not very noticible in the seat of the pants feel. We had quite of few people complain ,"THATS ALL IT DOES"?
Please tell us it was worth it for you on the FJ.
Maybe I am just expecting to much.

I paid $3560 for S/C and FJ fit kit + $80 to ship.I just finished putting it in today but I haven't got the ECU flashed yet(Monday). It was a big job putting it in.
It pulls hard but smooth. On my S/C Tacoma (3.4L) it pulls hard but kind of abrupt. I doubt I will dyno it, I live in Savannah,GA and they're a little behind here (I'm not from here). I love it. The suspension and tires are next.

Thats cool,
Have you raced anyone?
just a question and are you pretty inpressed for the price
Not really but I got my eye out for an H3. Definetly worth the price considering you get new injectors, intercooler radiator, iridium plugs, and a TRD air filter.
