Default Just ordered 08 2wd Desert Sand FJ

I just purchased an 08 2wd FJ for my wife. We are big Toyota fans and have owned many over the years. We like what we see in the FJ, any old time owners out there have any suggestions or things to watch out for???

Thanks

Bob

The only design flaw I've noticed in my 07 FJ is the rock rail underneath the door. I drive thru mud and manure in a pasture, and elsewhere, and it covers that rail. Then when working and gettin out of the vehicle, the rail alwys brushes my pants in the calf area. Drives me nuts.

Roof rack not much good for anything, but it looks crummy w/o it. Must have Yakima or Thule addition to carry anything.

DONT GET A ROOF RACK! i have friend who didnt get the roof rack and bought the after market ARB roof rack. The ARB rack looks nice and is MUCH MUCH MUCH BIGGER, NICER, and has a rack to set stuff on.
