Saw this the other day in Salem Oregon. Wow did it look funny! I am not much of a fan of going this large, but it seems that 26" wheels do exist, and here is the proof that you can get them under an FJ cruiser at least. I'll bet that if you wanted to spend the cash, it could be done on our Tundras.
So my guess on the price: approx $2,750 per wheel, and probably $475 per tire (these are conservative guesses) puts this setup at nearly $13K!!!
I will bet that these wheels and tires are more likely 25-50% more than the cost I am estimating here at the retail level (i base my dollar figure on a set of 22" lexani 3-piece wheels I had quoted at $2150 each)... looks like someone won the lottery!
That is a pretty ridiculous looking FJ. What a waste...
For $13k, I could do a couple of upgrades to my Tundra like a Backup Cam & Entertainment System and have enough leftover to send my two daughters to Private School for a year assuming your calculations are correct.

anything over 20 looks dumb and ghetto IMO. only one or two vehicle out there look ok with 22's but for the most part its a total waste of money. absolutely nothing can look good with 26's....and heres a perfect example. most of them are getting them from rent a tire anyway or they got them from a pawn shop or spend their families grocery and light bill money on them and are living off food stamps and welfare. sorry hate to say that but it happens. oh and yes, thats one way to make an FJ look even dumber.
