TRD Exhaust Accessory

Does anyone know the details of this? The dealers pretty much are clues as to what this is and I haven't seen any on the lot w/ it.

Not sure if it's single or dual. From the catalog, it looks like a single.

It is a different muffler and tailpipe. I drove one that had the TRD exhaust on it, and I was not impressed. It sounded like something a high school kid would put on - louder, but not very good tone. I think it would get pretty annoying on a long trip, too. Save your money. This engine does not sound like a BMW M3. It sounds like a Toyota V6. Oh, and it is a single exhaust with the outlet in the same right rear location.

Just my $.02 on a $550 option.

I agree that it is overpriced and there is no hp boost. Howver it's a direct bolt on and mail order is about 400. All you get is a nice exhaust tone. Anything TRD markets (this is made by Borla and is stainless) is going to cost.
More bang for the buck elswhere
