Default Gps And Speedo Differ

I am running 17" tires on my FJ. I am using a TomTom300 GPS. The speed readings on the GPS, which were pretty accurate in my previous Toyota 4 Runner and showing about 5 MPH less than the speedometer. Can't understand this since it was just about right on in my other car. Of course the GPS does not care what size your tires are...........

Anyone figure this out?
