Re: Welcome to TundraSolutions.com! - FJ Cruiser Owners Introduce Yourself Here
If the number of presentations is an indication of the number of FJ Owners on this forum we're not that many.
I just thought I'd put a 2nd one.
My name is Eric, I live in Montreal, Canada. In January I got a brand new Sun Fusion FJ Cruiser 2007, "C" pacakage with a few extras. On the very same day I started a club for french speaking (I'm one ) owners.
I can't wait for spring to come and go try it off-road. I wish I had the money to do everything I want on it but unfortunately my budget is not unlimited so I will have to go gradually.
I want a 3" lift kit, I like the Revtek that is actually 3" front and 2" rear which levels the FJ Cruiser and reduces the diving when breaking hard. I think it's gonna make a big difference when going down steep slopes.
I also want a front winch but I don't know what I'm gonna get. I would to get a new bumper with a winch mount and lights on it but they're so heavy that the suspension needs reinforcing....and they're not cheap either. A more affordable solution is a front receiver hitch with a portable winch but then I have to forget the light bars. That's a difficult decision. There's also this guy who developed a winch mount that fits inside the stock bumper but I have my doubts about it. I don't know if it went though all the testing to make sure it's safe.
Anyway, that's enough I guess. Just thought I'd let the world know that there are french speaking FJ Owners in North America.

I am in the begining process of buying my FJ. About two months from now I will be driving my FJ from the dealer to the shop. So, I am here to find out the best accessories, and to chose from factory to custom. I am excited to here from the experts - the owners!
Re: Welcome to TundraSolutions.com! - FJ Cruiser Owners Introduce Yourself Here
I got my 2007 Silver FJ in August of last year, here in Alexandria, Louisiana. It's got about 12K miles now, and has been fishing, hunting and off road, though not too deep, as I have not made any additions. Great truck that replaced my 1993 Jeep Cherokee with 212K miles. It had begun to smell of dog and game animals, but was a great outdoor machine. I plan to drive the FJ at least as long as the Jeep, though my 10 y/o says she's taking it when she turns 16.

Hola Riders of the Cruise of FJ
I have been a proud owner of a VooDoo Blue FJ for 1 month 11 days and about 45 minutes. LOVING IT!!!! I'm not getting the complaints about the FJ, seems if a person had a different expectation of the car it should have been obvious during the test drive. This is a Nice Nice Car(it actually should be considered an OFF ROAD BRUTE) We should start high beaming each other when we pass going opposite ways, Just saying Hi, I'm diggin this FJ Rig

Good Day All. I've Had My Black Diamond FJ for 2 months. I'm getting Horrible Gas mileage, 16MGP!~@#. I Still Love the truck I just wish Toyota would of had a sunroof option. My truck came with Bridgestone Duellers which I'm not very happy with. Can't wait to get a lift kit & tires for it. Well that's all for now. Happy Trails to You all. JC

Hi, I have been driving mine black FJ for 9 months and love every minute of it. I get lots of looks, comments and questions about the vehicle. It is very unique looking and drives well. My wife tells me that the car smiles at me. Check out the front grill, it has a smiley face.
