I'm also ready to pull the trigger on a set of headers. Please, someone give a "longer-term" update. I know all the initial impressions were very positive, but how about more recent impressions. Any hint of any problems arising from extra heat under the hood? Does the power still feel better than what it was before install? How about fuel consumption numbers?
We are relying on you guys to help us make informed decisions here. If I am sure I will see a tangible difference, I really want to do it. But if it ends up being like my CAI, where I "think" I feel an improvement, it will be money wasted.
Well the install went smothly it took 3.5 hours on jack stands. It seems to have given me back bottom end that was lost with TRD duals. I also have a TRD CAI I reset the ECU so I know it going to get better when it ajusts. Like others have said it realy moves out from 60 on up. For those having trouble with that one middle nut on the passenger side. Remove the heat shield that covers the starter for more clearance. I found it worked best tightening that nut with two differant brand 12mm box ends alternating between the two because you can't get a second bite on the nut with the same wrench. If you have two differn't wrenches with different cuts you can do it. Got to go so I'll try to write more on how its adjusting later.
Can anyone clarify if you have engine lights coming on after installation? The warranty advisor at my dealership says this might happen due to a change in back pressure.
Also has anyone had a definative answer, straight talk, on the effect to the warranty? I want the performance but not if it voids my entire engines warranty. If it just affects the CAT or muffler system I can live with that.

Thanks in advance.
No engine light here! Driven 5000 miles and everything is A.O.K.! Don't forget to disconnect your battery for 30 minutes! I spoke to a service writer at my dealer, he said no warranty from header back! I am not concerned about it!

I have seen several people inquire about aftermarket parts and the effect on their warrnty. I thought these SEMA links might be helpful as you decide to mod or not to mod.
Here is the SEMA web page that discusses warranties and aftermarket parts. Its reads in part, "The warranty coverage can be denied only if the aftermarket part caused the malfunction or damage for which warranty coverage is sought. Disputes in this area usually boil down to arguments over facts and technical opinions, rather than arguments over interpretations of the law."
Here is the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act link. In part it reads, "The law means that the use of an aftermarket part alone is not cause for denying the warranty. However, the law's protection does not extend to aftermarket parts in situations where such parts actually caused the damage being claimed under the warranty.
Anyone have any idea what kind of performance hit you take going from the 32.5" tires to 35" tires? I love my speed but I want to go up a couple of inches for travel and the look of the tires...
