I hope you realize that half the reason there is forums like these is that retailers such as myself pay for it! I don't expect someone to buy from me because I'm a vendor...I expect them to ask questions, research, and make an informed purchase that they will be happy with. If you have a problem with someone letting you know when they get something new available, how can ever know that you're
1- getting the right item
2- getting good customer support, even after the sale
and 3- making sure you get the best price
I feel sorry for you if you don't understand that this is news and I want people to talk about it and help them decide if this si a mod they want to add to their ride.

Thanks for adding another option for all the members on this board. Just makes the market more competitive. I do have a question for you though, on the other post you had the magnaflow exhaust for the Tundra and it has a picture of a pipe that connects to the headers--muffler--two side exit pipes that seem to exit right after the muffler, which looks pretty cool, like lightning exhaust. Just wondering if that sort of setup is available for the Tundra. All the exhausts I see are all chrome single or dual tips that exit aft the rear wheel or straight out the back.

Maybe I am missing something, but I did not see that I could get the Volant with the custom scoop.....just for the Tacoma. Can the custom scoop be gotten for the Tundra?

a $1000 for the volant exhaust is grossly overpriced for what it will deliver.

As of yet a scoop isn't available for the Tundra...as soon as it becomes available I will put up another thread.
As far as cost goes...I do price matching so if you can find it cheaper just let me know! Don't forget that I offer Tundra owners a 7% discount off everything you order just by using the coupon code TOY. Please let me know if you see it for less even if you aren't buying since I want to keep Realtruck competitive!

Well I can't speak as to everyone else's experience, but I have never had trouble with mine and it is of very high quality. Having been in this business, I know that no matter how good the vendor, you can always get a bad product, the thing is how the manufacturer responds. Volant has always taken care of any problems that my customers have had with very little trouble.

As I can totally appreciate your desire to instigate discussion and debate about products....you really can not deny that your post is a flat out ad for your site. Do I care? no, not really. I am in online advertising, I know the value of targetting and putting your message in front of a desirable demo. On the other hand, dont dress up your add as news...if it were news, it wouldn't link to a store front. Just get the word out by offering TS members a solid deal. I have not checked out the price post discount code on your site but I can tell you that AA has it for more than 100 bucks less. Not hatin', just my $.2.

Peace
TSD

I ain't trying to piss on anyone's parade, but I appreciate seeing post as such. I would have never looked at his site had he not mentioned it. He just taking advantage of any opportunity he can to get his name out and drum up business.

Meanwhile, I'm just a knucklehead when it comes to this stuff I guess. In regards to the Volant unit: looking at their site, other sites, magazines, etc., I am seeing the unit as a plain black polyethylene box/tube when I look up the one for a 07 Tundra 5.7. whereas some of the guys here with the pics of it show a nice, almost carbon fiber, grey/blue rounded box.

I guess it is safe to say the ads are just that, generic ads. With the actual unit for our truck is the one I see some of the guys with here? Or is there another part you order to get that look?

I was referring to this post as news just for the fact that I just got Volant added on to my site. I really didn't expect people to take this post for anything more than that other than to ask some questions about the product.
By the way, thanks for the heads up on our price difference with AA I appreciate it. The Tundra coupon code saves you 5% off anything on my site.

The blue piece you see is how the Volant comes for the 5.7 and it is rounded
