New SnugTop muffles my TRD exhaust!
Maybe its just my imagination but after driving around for a few days I'm convinced that the SnugTop has taken the bite out of my TRD's. Seems to be less road noise also, which wasn't that noticeable anyway. Anyone else experience this?

Re: New SnugTop muffles my TRD exhaust!
I had the SuperSport cap and a BedRug installed last Sat. It does make the Tundra even more quiet and ride even better. Vision out the back has been the only negative but that is not a major problem with the backup camera.

Has the shell had a positive effect on the bed bounce?

Re: New SnugTop muffles my TRD exhaust!
It only makes sense that it did that. Your now have more material between you and the sound waves from the exhaust.

Re: New SnugTop muffles my TRD exhaust!
I would expected that already. It definitely will improve on the bed bounce effect because of it's weight. The Snugtop looks incredibly smooth on any truck.

I've never noticed any bed bounce on the roads I drive, but I would assume the extra weight would help somewhat for those that do.

I paid 1,960 + tax installed with the drop down front slider window. That was a couple hundred under the "list" price.
