Does anyone have any actual sound clips for the Zoomers catback system? I have heard the clips on their website, but I would like to hear some real life clips. I am trying to decide on whether to buy Zoomers or do my own Flowmaster duels. Any feedback will help.
Also, if anyone has Flowmaster clips, I would also like to hear those.
Sorry if this is a repeat post, but I am new to the site.

If I can figure out how to record and post a sound clip...Ive just put on twin Delta 40's. I can assure you that the truck sounds awsome. Not too loud in the cab even when on the gas hard. It attracts alot of attention. Its makes me smile when I down shift and the pipes growl. ;-)

Well, I finally ordered my Zoomers. Can't wait to get it put on. Has anyone else put this system on? I am not a mechanic by any stretch of the mind, but I can do a little bit. Please let me know how the install went.
Also, just wanted to say the folks at Zoomers are a pleasure to deal with. I'm sure I will be 100% satisfied, and if their product is anywhere close to as good as their customer service, I know it will be good.
Very easy install on my rcsb. Took less than a hour no cutting everthing fit perfect didnt even have use a jack!Im sure yours will be just as easy.Let me know when you install it and what you think about it.
Well, I got my Zoomers exhaust yesterday, and I couldn't wait until this weekend to put it on, so I did it last night. It was dark when I got home from work, so I climbed up under the truck with a flashlight and began the process. I started at 7:00, and I was getting in the truck for a test drive at 7:55. Took of the stock system and put Zoomers on in just over 45 minutes.
First impression, it seemed really quiet inside the truck. To be honest I was expecting it to be louder. Didn't have a chance to really drive it much and get the feel of it. The in-cab video on their website seemed a lot louder than mine. I wonder if the windows were down in their video. I could hear the sound in the lower RPMs, but it seemed to dissapear in the mid-range. I could hear it again in the high-range RPMs, but it wasn't as loud as the video.
I did let the wife drop me off and do some takeoffs, to see what the sound was like from outside. She didn't really get on it taking off, but I got a better idea of the sound while standing and listening outside. Then I dropped her off and I did a few takeoffs. She said it was pretty loud from outside, but I was driving it like I stole it. I used the manu-matic and kept it in low gear until I got beside of her, then I hammered down. She said it sounded just like the videos on the Zoomers website. By the end of our test, it seemed to already be sounding better.
I couldn't tell a difference in power, but the truck only has 800 miles on it, and I have yet to break it in. Since I have not truly felt the stock power yet, I can't offer a good opinion on any increase. These trucks are quick either way.
The install went just as I expected. Everything fit on with no problems, as I said earlier, it took less than one hour in the dark. Couldn't ask for a better fit. I just need to climb back under it today and make sure everything is tight, and that I don't have any leaks at the joints.
Anyone else with Zoomers, please chime in and let me know if you have the same opinion as me. As of right now, I am pleased with the system. I like the quiet ride inside because this is a nice truck and I don't want to have to blast the radio or scream at my wife to talk. I'm not looking for an obnoxious roaring sound. While at the same time, I want people outside to say WOW, that truck sounds like it has power.
As I get more time under the wheel, I will let you know my feelings.
Yes I love my zoomers as well. It took me 45 min to take off stock system and put on new zoomers. It will get a little deeper and louder tone with about 500 to 1000 miles. Me and blue streaker have the zoomers and we both experienced this. Sounds awesome now after it has broken in. I thought the same when I first started it up. I thought it was a little quiet but after some miles on it now it sounds awesome.
