This is a discussion thread titled "TRD Dual Exhaust Parts Desc. Question????", within the Forced Induction Systems forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
My dealer gave me a quote on adding the TRD dual exhaust to my order and gave me 2 parts numbers.
I want to know, do I need them to get them both???? What are these parts?

Hey TacoWillie...Sparks has these p/n's for quite a bit less...you might want to take a look...PT400-34074 $595.00 PT400-34073 $320.00 Let me know how you make out as i am considering this kit as well...thx. B.
Essentially one part is common to all 2007-08 Tundras and the other part is specific to the type of Tundra (Regular Cab Short Bed, Regular Cab Long Bed, Double Cab Short Bed, Double Cab Long Bed, CrewMax). That makes it more cost effective to produce rather than producing an entirely different system for each Tundra variation.

Different wheelbases...different tailpipe (front pipe?) lengths? Doesn't TRD describe this someplace? B
