Default Upgrading supension, intake, & exhaust

I have a 2006 crew-cab tundra 4WD. I want level, change the look, and improve offroad, highway performance. I tow a boat with this truck if it matters.

For suspension, I'm thinking of putting in camburg adjustable coil overs with UCAs. Bilstein 5100 rear shocks, and a 1.5" leaf kit. I'm replacing my 16" rims, going to 17". I think 30-31" wheels to 33". Will this accomplish what I'm looking for? Any other options to consider? How big can I go, on tires?

For the intake, and exhaust. Sounds is not a big factor, but I liked the increase in HP....passing, towing. I like the Volant intake, with Banks monster exhaust systems. I live in California. Is this a good choice? How much true increase HP can I expect?

Newbie to Tundra Solutions, happen on to this site while researching the above. Thanks in advance.

Tony

your suspension wants sound about right. you could fit a 33 with that lift. As for the performance upgrades, if you really want an intake then volant or trueflow would be ok. The banks exhaust might be too big in diameter, and low end power may be lost.

Stick to smaller diameter exhaust to regain low-end torque. 3" exhaust will only help top end and loose low-end. I'm running 2.5" piping with Magnaflow muffler, I haven't noticed a loss and still pull my boat fine.
