Default Re: Turbo Kit

what gets me is all you experts. without any idea of the truck and what it will do.
please forget the past, what happened way back when etc etc etc ...
today is a whole different thing.

i would guess it's more jeolous people, than anything else.

so if you make it great, there will be some with the flow to buy it.

i remember way back when, people said you couldn't make a 500HP+ or more for the street it will over heat.

o'll well ,they have a 1000HP motor, for the street, that don't over heat.
build it and some will come.
there are some here that can barely pay the gas price increase.
so o've course they want to start making trouble.

Go for it Chris!!!

I've been running one of your systems for the past 3 years on my '03 and I am sold! I bought the turbo upgrade and you can see my build of the 4.7 at http://www.lextreme.com/tundra.html.

The only thing I would add is that if you can come up with a way to re-jig the computer and successfully clamp the speed limiter signal from the speedo, you would have a killer application! Haven't been able to get my hotrod fully tuned yet as I run out of time and the computer stuff is stopping me. I have tried Split Second, UniChip, and the TRD piggybacks and they don't do what I need them to do.
