our demo was stupid quick, but the crew max with the TRD plumbing out each side is WAY quicker, the truck would literally spin all 4 tires on the launch in 4 hi, ours would not.......................
video to follow, news at 11, Jamie back to you..............
the title of the video speaks the truth, Pete had not gotten on it until that very moment, that was the FIRST full tilt throttle pull on his truck with the charger, no miles for ECU learning either........enjoy

it's the sound on this truck that is sweet kept up the good work Mark and crew....
I was asking Jamie about adding a 5.7 liter sc to a reg cab and he mentioned it wouldn't be good deal since the weight is better suited on a Double cab or a Crewmax.. Have you heard of any applications on the Reg Cab being any faster? Dodge has a Ram reg cab with viper pack what do you think of a reg cab 09 Tundra with s/c would put out...

I don't understand this. Why would it better suited to a heavier truck? I think that the sc on reg cab is going to be the same as a lightning. Its not like the lightning was ever a double cab, and the srt-10 only became a double cab after a year.

there is a 0-80 speedo video in the Myrtle Beach thread. there are about 10 videos actually. but you have to venture beyond the Tundra forum, it's in the Regional forums.
I still cannot find any S/C speedo vids, am I overlooking it somewhere?

Reg cab's in a since are lighter thus it does make some since on traction. Because the Reg cab's weight in less and the wheelbase isn't the same this is turn would provide different result's. I would think the reg cab's would be faster as well but I haven't yet seen one to justify that statement as of present..

well, my personal opinion, i'll give the options
1: RCSB 5.7l S/C'd with some sort of tire and a drop kit = full tilt play truck
2: RCSB 5.7l S/C'd 4x4 and a drop kit = drive it around and work and can still play on regular tires in 4 high.
3:Crew Max 5.7l S/C'd 2x4 and a drop kit and a tire of some kind = full tilt FAMILY fun truck.
4: Crew Max 5.7l S/C'd 4x4 ,drop kit, same as RCSB 4x4, but bring the family.
of course the double cab would be figured in as the crew max is, and all of the above would have the TRD duals on it.
i know, i know, the drop kits, i just like lowered trucks, have never gotten into off roading as i hate to sink a brand new truck and have to clean the seats after i get out in the mud....

if you have a 2 wheel drive truck, you will need some sort of tire to really have fun in a short distance sprint, with the traction control on, the ECU will kill it tremendously, with it off, it will it will get you many, many tickets and much admiration from the tire manufacturer's.
i would love to have a RCSB supercharged of course, would have to by some rubber for the rear!!!!!!!!!
man, i gotta walk around the lot..............see what i can see........humm.....red one maybe?..........
with the 4x4's being this quick, man o man the RCSB's are gonna be strong!!!!!!!!

2 wheel drive, buy some drag radials for it and your set, 4x4, play in 4 high and turn the traction off, on both .(hold trac button in for 3-6 seconds until all 3 lights come on in the dash)
