Default If you had to choose...Supercharger or 6" Lift w/ wheels & tires

Just want to see what everyone would choose (SC or Lift). I for one am interested in both but would choose the Supercharger over the lift, reason being speed. Feel free to chime in and give any reasons why you would pick one over the other.

Supercharger! Speed first good looks later although gas isn't getting any cheaper by the minute.

I'd go for the supercharger.

Either one is going to lower your MPG, but the supercharger actually makes you faster, not slower.

6" lift and big rims/tires! Truck already has plenty of power and it is not going to be a Corvette killer even with 500hp. Stick to what trucks are meant for which is big size and big offroad abilities. Save money and get a big lift/tires/rims. It will look awesome and you won't want to stop looking at your truck. Supercharger won't make the truck look any better...nobody will know you have it and your truck would only be marginally faster. Maybe a second faster in the 1/4.IMO

I guess i'm getting old none of the above.
the s/c at over 6k would get me close to paying off my travel trailer.
the lift would be nice but with the gas prices a lift or s/c would cause a loss. i'm getting all my bills paid off before i do anything else.
then the wife gets a new car.
but if i had choose it would be the s/c better for towing also would be nice as a stealth option to blow some doors.
lift is nice but has a lot of down sides when you go 6in.
just my opinions

X2. Don't need the supercharger when your offroad only doing 10mph. But if it were a baja truck, long travel and a supercharger would be sweeeet!!!!!

They'll know you have it (SC) when they see you're rear bumper 5 truck lengths ahead!

Do the math man...500hp at the crank and 5500lb curb weight still aint a super fast vehicle. Also why have all that hp when it still won't be able to take turns for crap and won't stop for crap either. Its a truck...put a lift on it haha! You want speed...get an Evo and put a stroker motor and giant turbo and have 500hp that will really move your a$$.JMHO
