Ditto on that!
And thanx for the videos guys!
It makes me want to spend some cash on my 2 legged horse
And it will be really funny to see it move. It moves now. But what it would be with 500Hp I cannot even guess. In my area no one has SC yet, that's what the dealer said, but everyone is asking how much to install
The stock brakes are fine for on-road daily driver. These brakes are large and 4-piston calipers. However, taking a supercharged tundra to the track and using it's full potential you will NEED better brakes to keep from fading.
But driving on the street... I don't see the difference between stopping from 100-0 with a supercharger and stopping from 100-0 without one.

Brakes are very important and the stock ones, although fine to some, just don't cut it. My RCSB 2WD is the lightest model available. With my TRD front big brake kit on I still managed to get my stock rear brakes smoking! Now with my rear BBK I am fine.
I actually even get my brakes as they are now to show fade sometimes. But this really is a heavy truck.
60-0 times will be little to no different whether you have a BBK or stock brakes. Its any speed above 60 where it counts. Also with repeated stops.
If you rode in my truck and felt me brake hard from 100 you would fill the difference!

How often are you guys going to be driving at 100mph?
And, will you be driving 100mph on roads with more than 1 other car on it? (ie., the track)
I think if you answer those questions, you'll be able to tell if you need 4 corner BBks or if you need to register to be an organ donor. I'm not to aware of any highway roads in the US that have speed limits over 75mph.
Whatever you guys do, apintheca is going to have one sick truck.

you know what I think would be cool....If someone could get a stock tundra, and a supercharged tundra...then video the differcence in acceleration side by side drag strip style ( safely not on a public roadway) that would truly show the difference from stock to sc just my thoughts

Arizona has a speed limit of I believe 80 or was it 85. I drove through there and boy it was a nice thing to open up the Hertz Camry rental I had breezing down that highway to Phoenix from Blythe, CA.
