Question 2.7L exhaust

anyone with the 2.7L install an exhaust system or just the muffler? Im interested in upgrading mine....any feedback/suggestions?

I heard this guy tell a story once wher he had bottomed out his vehicle on a hill and tore out the exhaust from the header on back. So he went and stole some poor kids swing set and took the pipe off the top and welded that onto his car. I bet that made for a proper sounding exhaust! I would have laughed my *** off to see a big circus colored pipe hanging three feet out the back.

i agree...need a a lil something to beef the sound up a bit.... so no one on here with the 2.7L has upgraded their exhaust or knows of someone who has?

I emailed Magnaflow on this subject and they responded:

"We don't have an exact date as of yet but it should be about 2-5 weeks.
We don't sell direct so the price of ($542.38) is only MSRP. Thanks for your interest in MagnaFlow."

So for those of you interested, the catback system should be out soon...

If all you want is a different sound why don't you buy a muffler and have a shop weld it in...
