I learned the hard way to have my garage (not a Toyota dealer) do a fuel service about every year: for me it stopped the low rpm symptom. That is around $100, lots cheaper than an $800 injector fix.

I also had all four O2 sensors replaced before I found out about the upgraded O2 sensors Toyota has developed. My truck was too old to get those for free, but perhaps you can ask.
