I just turned 70k miles on my 2000 SR5 Ext Cab and I feel like pushing this truck off a cliff. Reliability is starting to eat at me, especially since my last Yoda had 220,000 miles on it when I sold it with few issues.
Major Maintenance to Date:

@70,000 Miles Stalls at Stop Low RPM's Daily if not multiple times daily, idling around 400 rpms or so. Dealership wants to charge me $800 plus to do a fuel injector overhaul.
Ok.. Now to the current issue. My truck is now stalling only several thousand miles after getting the bank 0,1 O2 sensors replaced. Dealership is claiming toyota recommends I get the fuel injectors overhauled at a cool $800. I am in somewhat in an argument about the cost as I could replace the freaking things for a little more. I have a $100K mile (7 year) platinum warranty and the service writer is saying the overhaul is not covered. Has anyone else been having issues with the emissions on their truck? Man am I glad I bought the warranty now, but I shouldn't be having these issues so often. Toyota's reliability on this truck has been a major disappointment coming from a Toyota family.
Also, if anyone knows of a great auto repair shop in the North Seattle area, please let me know, as I am in search of alternatives.

I have a 2000 SR5 4x4. Replaced both front o2 sensors at 49k. I'm at 90k today and the only other thing I've had to do is replace the driver side window regulator. She runs great. I'm pretty happy.
I also had to replace two O2 sensors (under warranty). Put on brembo rotors with stock pads and now have no vibration. Had a problem with low idle and stalling after replacing leaking headers. I cleaned the throttle body and then had too high of an idle. Pulled the battery cable and everything reset back to normal.
It was a TSB for break vibrations. The TSB expires with the original Toyota warranty so unless you are on record about complaining about brake problems during your 36,000 miles, you'll have very little luck getting the dealer to perform the TSB now.

What upsets me is that you the consumer never hears about the TSBs unless you go in for a problem. Is there a forum on here to alert us when new TSBs come out (people on here seem to be very knowledgable about these sort of things). It be really nice if there was some automated way to receive an email when a new TSB is produced for the Tundra.
Just had the same stalling problem the last two days. Today was so bad, it stalled at every stop light, or slowing down to turn. Replaced the air filter, (K&N was filthy!), and wiped down the throttle body as best I could with paper towels and break cleaner. Made a huge difference. Thanks TS, I would have never thought of doing this except I remembered reading in here somewhere.
Fuel injector either fail (causing a miss), stick open or leak (over riching the mixture or flooding a cylinder), the spry pattern deteriorates (causing a weak cylinder or miss fire) or can no longer flow properly (runs out of fuel at full throttle, poor idle, bad acceleration) I'm sure there are more symptoms. If you have none of these and just a bad O2 then I doute you have an injector problems. Still think you have an injector problem?

Did you ever get the idle speed problem resolved? My '01 has similar symptoms, except the warmer the weather, the lower the idle speed. I don't believe it could be injectors because it runs really well no matter how the idle speed is doing.
If you dont run decent gas with good additives you will have fuel sysem problems. You might want to try cleaning the throttle body and PCV valve first. It is something you can do cheap. run a bottle of fuel injector cleaner through the tank.
Also for kicks disconnect the battery for c a couple minutes. The ECU has a memory and it could be corrupted. kill power to it and it goes into default mode and then learns as it goes over again.
Also might want to check ignition. I had a coil start to go bad and was a little rough at idle. when it went it idled low and had no power and the engine shook like crazy. replaced it and like a new engine. I didn't replace my O2 sensors until about 90k. It was out of warranty when I found out about it so had to pay for them myself. ouch.
Replaced the brake rotors once. Pads 2 times. 140 k on it now.
Also torgue is critical on alloy wheels. loosen the lug nuts and re-torque. I solved a lot of vibration problems by just re-torquing the wheels
I cleaned my throttle body and PCV valve the first time last weekend. I always run gas with additives like Chevron so it really wasn;t too bad though the idle speed did pick up about 100 rpm at first. since then has gone back to normal. the computer monitors and adjusts.
I am sure you have done it but also check for vacuum leaks. they can cause problems that drive you nuts.
