This is a discussion thread titled "Looking for a Look-a-like TRD Exhaust Tip", within the Forced Induction Systems forum, part of the Technical & Vehicle Assistance Forums category.
I know you cant get them unless you drop $700 for the TRD exhaust, but does anyone where I can find a similarly designed exhaust tip?
Thanks,
David
You know what really pisses me off. I worked at a body shop and a Tacoma with the TRD exhaust came in where the exhaust was wrecked. My buddy put the exhaust on his truck but I kept the tail pipe for the tip. I did not have a tacoma. So when I went to put it on the Tundra i realized my Aunt had thrown it away when visiting. I wanted to strangle her for being so disrespectful in throwing something away from my garage. She said she would replace it but when I said OK it was $650 she backed down really fast.

Yeah get a Borla tip - they have lots of different ones on their site and they are sweet. They're better than the TRD's in my opinion, and there is more options to choose from. You'll be paying $40 or more though.
