Another question: What is it about those TRD oil caps that makes them cost over $30? Are they gold-plated and encrusted with diamonds, or what?

any who......manifold pipe assembly 17410-0d010 is 131.94 list and 105.00 your price, the converter i would go aftermarket high flow but the part number is 17460-0d070 and list for 1180.00 and 944.00 your cost......

Also, on another note, the flip down back up monitor and camera, is an 08 SR5 CrewMax prewired for this install? Both in the interior overhead and on the tail gate?

The sway bar will work but you have to modify the end links. Some offroad shops sell differentl length end links for lifted trucks but generally when you go offroading you don't utilize sway bars so you have more suspension travel and articulation. We unfortunately don't have the longer end links.
As long as your truck is not a Tundra Grade package and has bucket seats up front you can use the camera. Here is a copy/paste from our site: "For V-8's you must have Bucket Seats and either the Trailer Hitch or Sonar."
