So I can not purchase one for my 2007 tundra with 25,000 miles on it because I bought it used?
As long as you're still in your 3/36 (which you are), than you can get one. I just can't get you one if you are beyond that. This is so someone with 70k on there truck with a bad tranny can't buy a warranty today and bring it in tomorrow.

My truck has 22.5k miles 2006 DC Tundra. Question is regarding the 3 years/36k miles. Is it 3 years from date of manufacture, model year or date of purchase? I bought my Tundra brand new on 11/09/06 near end of 06' and have since got a refund on the third party warranty that I bought at the dealership in order to get this one. Thanks.

If your In-service date is in fact 11/9/06 than you're fine. All I need is your vin and I can run you full detail report on your truck showing the ISD, dealer cost, equipment, ect.

If you pay for the entire warranty up front with card than you will earn 5 points per, I don't think you will if you choose the finance option though.

Thanks for the info. I skipped the warranty offered when I bought my truck as it was going to add close to $40 to my payment for 60 months. This sounds like a great deal as I only pay $35 a month for 18 months for the coverage I want.

Well talked to Mike extensively via e-mail (18 times to be exact) and a couple of phone calls before I pulled the trigger.
I got the 7 year/ 100K Platinum warranty for my 2008 Tundra 4X4. Also went with the TFS Visa rewards card which offers the 6 months 0% financing on purchases, (plus points good towards Toyota parts and labor ) so I got the warranty without paying for the extra $135 finance charge that Toyota charges for their 18 month plan.... So overall I got 6 months same as cash, got some ridiculous number of points already on the Visa, and the 7 yr/100k $0 deductible Platinum Warranty for my truck!!
Received the warranty paperwork the day after the deal was done. With an enclosed postage paid envelope to send it back.
No sales pressure, it took me 3 days to make my final decision, sweet deal!

Re: Great deal on Platinum Plan Warranty/Service Contract, 0% financing!
I just got my copies of the completed warranty contract back from Mike at Handy Toyota. It's the real deal folks. I purchased the 6/75 warranty for $690 on my '08 Tundra 4x4. Just for yuks and giggles, I called my dealer to see what their best deal on the same warranty would be. Their "screaming" deal for me was $50 over their cost with my price being $1240. So, I just saved $550 this deal. That's mod money right there. When asked how come this dealer in Vermont can sell the warranty for so cheap, his reply was, "I don't know how those guys on the east coast do it".
Mike was pleasant to work with absolutely no sales pitch or pressure. He provided me with the answers to my questions and encouraged me to think about it and call him back. I told him that wasn't necessary.
