NO LONGER FOR SALE. RETURNED TO TOP GUN CUSTOMS

Brand new. Just got the bumper today and installed it for a pic. I'm asking $1400 for the bumper and the lights (4 x 130 watt off-road lights)

I do like the way it looks but it I wanted more of a prerunner bumper. I know they're selling them for $1197, but with shipping it's $1450 and I'm including the lights. I was hoping for a local sale.
