Yea, I know better to read the entire contract before signing the line, but I was in a hurry and had purchased the Tundra about 500 miles from home...I flew in to pick it up and wanted to get on the road to get back. My fault for not paying attention, but it sure would be nice to have a true honest dealer that you don't always have to check everything five times to figure out how they are screwing you. Good thing is I got a real good deal on the truck and actually complained to the dealer and the guy who put together my paperwork had to call me to appologize. Made me feel a little better anyway. Next time I think I'll try the coffe trick, but at least I got my money back.

You sure can. You can cancel it either through your dealer, or Toyota Financial directly (assuming its a Toyota plan). Their number is (800) 228-8559. Then email me directly and I will send you the purchase instructions to re-purchase it.

Troy got my paperwork from you in the mail today. Thanks so much for the great price and great service. 545 bucks for the 6 yr 75000 mile Plaitinum Zero deductible on my 03 Tundra. I could not pass up that deal and I have never bought an extended warranty in my life but for little more than the price of 1 note I couldn't resist as my 3 yr 36000 was about to expire. Thanks again

Just purchased the Prepaid Auto Care Maintenance Plan from Troy today. Dealer quoted me over $1K for the premium maintenace plan that covers all schedule maintenance up to 55K miles; Troy's price was $670. The transaction was easy and quick. Troy was very responsive. I will be purchasing the extended warrantee from him in a few months.

Yeah, Troy's awesome . He got me the 7 year 100k with 0 deductible on my 2wd for $875 while others were quoting me over $1400. His service is far superior than are the jerks here. Definitely call him and he will take care of you .

my dealer charge me 2102.00 for a car care service plan(3/45000 mpn-premium). i just had surgery and the finance guy came to my house because he could no get me the apr aon the original contract. well he didn't tell me about the service contract and i found out later on wile reading the papers again. he said it was to cover for some of the negative equity on my trade in. my question is, can i cancell this contract and get all that money back?

Absolutely! I would call the insurance provider directly rather than the dealer. The number and cancellation instructions should be on the back of your contract/application. Based on the terminology you used, it doesn't sound like a Toyota Financial plan, but the phone number and instructions should be there.

I am the 2nd owner of my 2005 tacoma...It has the 6yr 75 extended warranty on it, but is not transfered to me. Is there anyway to get around getting ahold of the orginal owner and putting it in my name?

I don't think so, since the original owner paid for it they are also entitled to cancel it for a refund. Its their decision as to whether to transfer it to you, or cancel it. You can contact Toyota Financial at (800) 228-8559 to verify that, but I think your best bet is to get ahold of the original owner and try to work something out with them.
