Re: TS PREFERRED DEALERS SALE: Toyota Platinum Extra Care
The states listed on the Toyota website as "not available", means that the plans are not available FROM dealers in those states (in most cases, its due to distributership agreements within the regions), but you are free to purchase them from a dealer out of your area...and the plans will still be honored at your local dealers for claims, since they are the Toyota factory plans and coverage is good throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Re: TS PREFERRED DEALERS SALE: Toyota Platinum Extra Care
TOG, do you also offer your excellent deals on the pre-paid Toyota Service plans? I'm curious what the 4 year @ 5,000 mile interval plan would cost through you.
I would purchase both a 7 year/100,000 premium warrenty plan and the Service plan at the same time.
Re: TS PREFERRED DEALERS SALE: Toyota Platinum Extra Care
Just got my Extra Care contract back from Toyota!!! Troys got the best deals around.I got mine thru him,and what a Deal!!! I advise anyone if you presently have one or not to check with Troy.He will definitely save you a Bunch!!! Thanks again Troy!!!!!!!!!!!
Rick
PS I recommend all you guys to get the Toyota Extra Care Service Plan.
I've 900 miles on a 06 Tundra DC. From the information on these posts, it sounds like there are no difference whether I purchase the Platinum now or wait until the 3-year/36,000 is almost up. Please advice if I'm missing something (i.e. more/better coverage from the Platinum coverage, etc.).

Re: TS PREFERRED DEALERS SALE: Toyota Platinum Extra Care
I am the second owner of a 2003 Tundra Access Cab. I am under 36K on miles but I do not know when the previous owner purchased the vehicle.
1. How do I find out if I am eligible to purchase an extended warranty?
2. How do I contact you for warranty plans and cost?

Ray Kane If you don't try, nothing happens
Ray - If you email me the VIN on your truck I can check on the in-service date for you.
Basecamp - You are still eligible as long as you're within the 3/36K warranty period, but the plans always start retro back to the in-service date and mile 0 regardless of when the plan itself is purchased. So there is no gain in coverage by waiting. Plus, pricing is subject to change, so the primary reason to purchase it sooner rather than later is to lock in on the price. And while your still under the factory warranty, you can still take advantage of the rental, towing, and travel protection benefits of the ExtraCare plan.
Oh, and yes I can also do the Toyota AutoCare pre-paid maintenance plans at a discount.
Troy is extremely customer focused! He offered me a very competitive price on the Platinum Care 7 yrs/100k miles/$0 deductible package, and followed up my emails within 24 hours. He is very honest and open.
If your Toyota vehicle is less than 3 years old and under the 36k miles limit, and are considering buying an extended Toyota warranty, you should speak with Troy!
Re: TS PREFERRED DEALERS SALE: Toyota Platinum Extra Care
I got to tell ya, dealing with Troy is a pure pleasure. Everything was silky smooth, everything took place just like he said it would. Thanks Troy for a great offer and customer service!
Re: TS PREFERRED DEALERS SALE: Toyota Platinum Extra Care
Just received my Platinum Care extended warranty and wanted to say thanks Troy for fast friendly service and a great deal. You saved me big time and it was a pleasure doing business with you.
If you are going to get the extended waranty, save some money, do yourself a favor and get it from Troy.

Hi Mike,
My email account has been down for a couple of days, we are switching servers and there seems to be some kind of problem. Please either send me a pm, contact me at TDietrich@SweeneyFord.com (that's another email I have at our Ford Store), or you can try calling me at (413) 772-0231
