Default No sound out of my newly installed AVIC-Z2

I bought the Neucleus TA10 wire harness and istalled it so I could still use my amplified JBL system. Everything else works great, back up cam, GPS, except no sound whatsoever. I triple checked my connections to include the amp power wire, RCA connections, and made sure the mute settings weren't on like the troubleshooting guide said. I even re-connected my old stock player and it works so the amp is still good. Only thing I can think of is the new wire harness is missing 3 pins that look like it should be connected into my 05 Tundra's radio harness. Any good tech advise would be greatly appreciated .

Did you check the missing pins for power or ground, Plug the factory radio and check them for power when it is on, check the wireing color at the radio an then check the amp plug. I have seen cars with 2 amp turn on wires. This may not be the case, but its a good start.

Is that the correct harness for the jbl system? Did you correctly connect the wires from the head unit to the harness?
