My truck did not come with the factory camera. I got the tailgate handle from toyota that hold's the camers. i'm going to use an aftermarket camera to work with my kenwood 7019. Handle was 87.00 and the camera was 40.00.
the factory camera was over 300.00 from toyota.

Are you going to use existing Tundra wiring to connect the camera? Will you post instructions how to do it? I am in the market shopping for a camera for my Tundra too.
I ran new wires. i pulled in 3 pairs of 16 gauge and 1 pair of rca's for video. 1 pair for power, 1 pair for a lock motor to lock and unlock the tailgate, and 1 extra pair.
I'm installing my Eclipse 6610 on Monday and want to get handle too.My Oakland dealer asked over 200 just for a handle.Where did You get Yours in Bay Area? What camera is that and where can I get it?
