Is a 7005 any good?

I was looking for an E7006, but a local junkyard says they have a 17005 with cassette. Will this work like a E7006? Why do some start with "1" and some start with "E"?

It looks like the unit only has 1 cd slot, so it looks like you cant have CD music and NAV at the same time.
