Default Help Needed. Installing E7013 nav in '07 Crewmax

Alright, everything I have read on here says I am suppose to be able to install a factory Nav E7013 into my '07 Crewmax with the JBL system. Two of my plugs went directly in along with the antenna. My third plug doesn't fit anywhere. On top of that I do not see the wire for the backup camera and still would have several open plugs on the back of the Nav. What am I missing here. I intstalled the backup camera in the tailgate which installed in about 30 minutes and plugged right in to the prewired pug under the truck so that part is taken care of.

can you post a picture of the back of the headunit? If there is a long thin connector (only 1 pin tall) the backup camera should be connected through that. Have you turned the truck on to see what works and what doesn't? On another note check to see if there is a wire harness taped up behind the dash for the speed and reverse sensors. They were on my 1st gen truck. That would explain why your backup camera wasn't working (if it wasn't)

Are you going to install the AUX input, the headunit supports it. Just a matter of ordering the jack and harness if your truck didn't come with them. How about satellite radio? Easier to just install it all at once!

I am re-organizing my pictures, please PM me if you find dead pictures and I'll fix it. Also, I don't have many pics in my account here, best place to view my truck is on photobucket: Here is my photobucket account: LINK

I will post a picture of the back of the nav tomorrow. There is a long thin 1 pin tall connector on the back of the unit. Yes I did turn the truck on to see what works. The nav system fired up and located me, the radio and cd player worked along with the steering wheel functions for the stereo. The steering wheel function for the bluetooth did not function. This leads me to beleive that the third wiring plug from my factory JBL that did not plug into the nav was for the bluetooth functions. I have been told by someone else that there is a separate wiring harness for this, I am guessing this must be some kind of adapter. There is a wiring harness taped up behind my radio but the wire would be way too short to reach the nav and is not the right type of plug for any on the inputs. My only thought is that maybe there is another wiring harness to run from that plug to the back of the nav (maybe someone can verify this). As for the Aux input, my truck came with that already installed. As for satellite radio, most of the time I'm in my truck, I'm on the phone, basically my mobile office. Otherwise I am more of a CD person. Anways, I will get the pic posted tomorrow. If you can help any further it would be greatly appreciated.

try this:

Turn truck on
hold info button down on nav while turning the parking lamps on and off at a steady rate

A service menu should come up, click menu on the screen's top right, click display check, then click signal check. See what everything says while safely taking a short test drive.
