Metra or Scosche or Facotry? Help with Double Din Nav Install

I have a 2004 double cab Tundra with the JBL system. I'm looking at getting a Pioneer AVIC-D3 Nav Unit. At first, Crutchfield said that unit wouldn't fit. I called them up and with a little prodding ("I can't believe all I can put in is a single din unit!"), the very helpful rep found a kit by Metra (95-8202). He checked all the measurements out and said it should fit.

Q1: Has anyone installed a double din radio or nav unit, using this kit. How do you like it? Can you post a photo of it?
Q2: I also have seen references to a Scosche kit that might be better. Anyone have it installed?
Q3: I also have seen a reference to factory parts 86221-52060 & 86221-52050. Anyone have THOSE installed?

I just want to make sure I get a kit that will look good, i.e. factory installed; at least as close as possible.
