Need help with parts and install for factory NAV unit

I have a factory NAV unit I want to install, all I have is the unit

I know I need

Antenna, Y Connector, MIC Connector

Can anyone give me part numbers and sources for these

I have an 07 SR5 with steering controls bluetooth JBL etc
