I have a 2008 tundra crewmax, with the jbl sound system and steering wheel controls with no nav....I was wondering if anyone knew if a dealership could install a stock toyota nav and how much it would run...Thanks guys!

You can buy a used one from someone who took it out (but you would still need to get conversion harnesses from Canada) or get the new one from ebay (someone from Canada sells them). You can not get it in US.
I did exactly what you are planning to do. Got new unit from Canada, with all the harnesses and detailed how to instructions. You can do it yourself, but I got it installed at Tweeter.
One thing I can tell you, that this unit is nice, but pricey. You can buy the top of the line aftermarket one and utilize the wheel buttons for what it costs.
I prefer the stock look and I like the unit. Would install it again. On the other hand would buy the truck with the NAV in it from the beginning

Been trying to find the guy in Canada he is not returning emails however I have a lead I will update you if it comes through

However I believe that the extra parts on top of the NAV stuff is around $450

In your case without the JBL I would get an aftermarket it will be way cheaper

I have the exact same truck, that came with JBL sound but no navigation, I want a stock nav so bad, so I called my local toyo dealers, he told me (guy at the accessories dept) that it would cost me $2,100 installed. If you have the JBL sounds HU, you should have all the connections needed to just stick the nav unit in. btw, he told me that if I got my own nav unit, the install only fee is $140, cheap I think, your thoughts?

Call this guy and you should be able to get everything you need to install the Nav unit yourself for 1500, if you have the JBL system. He sends you directions with pictures and you can do the install yourself. It is very simple.

I posted his info a few months ago on another thread in this section and a couple of people have used him as well as me. You could also just check ebay and buy a unit off there.
One last thing, all the connection are not back there. It is not just plug and play. You will still need to buy a Aux & Steering wire harness, which has only been able to bought through Canadian Dealerships, as far as I know. Either way, good luck with the install. I did mine, but I have mixed feelings about the factory unit.
