How out there is running this headunit?

I have two of them and Eclipse has been SUPER slow on the nav upgrade.

Anyone else looking forward to this? I have called and emailed them about this to the point that they have stopped talking to me or responding.

Anyone else that would mind piggy backing on this and bugging them to they will come out with a map upgrade would be a big help!!!
