Does just about everything you need however it's a unknown brand and if it breaks who services it? where do you send it? How long for turn around?

I would stick to name brands with proven track records.

True, but I first heard about it from Crutchfield, and they are pretty reputable.

If you buy it from them then I say go for it because they will stand behind it. However if you have found it cheaper elsewhere then I say beware.

I have a Pioneer Avic Z3 in my truck but the Z2 is Identical and since it's an "old" unit you can get some really good deals on it. Look around it's a great unit and I highly recommend it.

Scratch that. It wasn't Crotchfield but rather Circuit City. But you have to buy it online; not in the stores. The price is $499 which doesn't sound bad for all you are getting. Here's the low-down:

"Get the latest in technology at a great price with the XO Vision XOD1840BTNAVI Double Din GPS Touch screen Bluetooth receiver which has a built-in DVD player, built-in GPS (USA Maps included), Bluetooth, Radio, 7" Wide screen Motorized display.

Mobile Theater With Navigation: A Fully Motorized 7" Wide Screen Touch Display lets you watch movies or navigate across the country with a user friendly interface. Allows you to dim the monitor for ideal viewing

Built-In GPS Navigation: Navteq Maps of the entire USA are pre-loaded onto this unit providing voice prompted directions, Touch Screen controls, and millions of POI. You can even listen to a CD or the Radio during Navigation mode!

Bluetooth: No need to buy any adaptors – Bluetooth is built right into this unit allowing you to dial/receive calls from the touch screen display. You can also wirelessly play your music via A2DP Technology.

Video Output: Allows you to connect additional monitors whether they be headrest or flipdown. Also has a dedicated backup Camera input

Multimedia Capabilities: Playback DVD, DVD-R, DVD+R, CD, MP3 and much more! Also includes the ZpodLink cable which allows you to connect any Media player that has a headphone jack and listen to your music through your vehicle sound system.

Powerful Sound: Pumping out 300 Watts of powerful crystal clear sound thanks through 4 channels of output including a dedicated subwoofer

Fully Functional Remote control included"

If you can get a service plan from CC for a reasonable price and you can return it to a store for service it may be worth a try.

I'm still nervous when it comes to no name electronics that cost over $200.

Yeah. I have yet to see a review for this particular product, but some reviews of other XO car stereo equipment don't exactly impress me.

Like I always say (but rarely follow) "you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get."
