Default Just got an E7006 for 05 Tundra, now what?

Ok, so I just got a E7006 for my 05 Tundra (with JBL). I put it in and the radio portion works just as it should. I am going to put on of my dads old Nav DVDs in it tonight from his Lexus. I guess the last thing I will need is the GPS Antenna. How much should I expect to pay for this item at the dealer? Can it get it cheaper somewhere else? There is one on ebay right now with a buy it now of $60.

Also, when I buy a backup camera, and plug it in, will it just automatically work when I put the truck in reverse? Does the Navigation somehow know if I am in Park, Drive or Reverse?

you can buy any honda gps antena (for around 20 bucks) and it works just fine, plug is almost identical, you have to shave it off a little.

yes there is a speed sensor/reverse plug, that plugs into your navigation
