Default OEM Nav System check mode?

I installed the factory nav on my 07 tundra about a week ago. After I got done with the install the directions have you go into the system check mode to do an operation check. The first time I went in and did it everything checked fine. Since then I added the steering wheel controls. Today I got bored and just went back to to the system check mode and got a message. When you first go into the screen is comes up with AVN and then below that it say DSP-AMP. The DSP-AMP says ok next to it but the AVN says CHEK. So when I press CHEK it goes to the Unit Check Mode AVN and says Memory 58-42 occured 08/12/05 22:58:20.
Soooo........... does anyone know what this means.
Everything is working fine with the navigaiton system, radio, directions, cd, aux. I just want to know if this is something I want to worry about or is it ok?
To access this screen the directions told me to push and hold the info button while turning the llights on and off 3 times
Sorry so long but thanks for any help you all may have.
James

Never mind, found out what was wrong. I put a cd into the map dvd sections by mistake. I guess when it could not read the cd it created that message. It cleared now and everything looks good.

You already answered yourself, but here is what that code means.
58-42
When one of following conditions is met:

Player error
Scratches or dirt on disc
Access to invalid address due to software error = WRONG DISK.

Glad it was an easy fix
