How to change the Default Regional Code??

I am the proud new owner of a slightly used 2008 Tundra, Special Edition Extra Crew Cab 5.7liter V8.

I just bought this about 2 weeks ago and it seems the Nav system is always defaulting on the Region "US8" Which is the northeast and doesn't include my home state of PA. Everytime I try to change that region to "US9" (mid atlantic area) it just defaults back to the US8. I am not able to enter in addresses within my area as they never can be found.

For example: I want to go to Philidelphia. I enter in an address and it doesn't find Philly, PA instead it only shows a list of Philidelphia NY (yes there is a philly ny I guess?)

Is this something I can change on my own without having a dealer take my truck for a day?

I would disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes...Everything should reset and you should be able to select a new default area....
