AVN30D. Uses the same disc as the 5500, 5435, 2454, 20d and 50d. The newer units use the MDV-79D disc like the 5510, 6610 and 6620.

I have a AVN 5435. I have a older map disk. I think 1.2. What all does the new map disk have? Ive read about the 3-D city maps and all. Is it a lot better than older versions? Please tell me all that you noticed since using it. Thanks.

Well its an updated disc but I dont see any new functions from Ver 2.1? Any ideas what new functions it installed?
