i need dvd navigation map for my county

hi---
i have 2007 tundra -trd limted

i got it last month----and it has navigator system with it----but i found that there is only North America map dvd in it which not working here coz it dose not have my country map -----and i leave in gulf area----so any one could help me

i try lexus 2008 navigation dvd but it does not work---------------------
