Default Eclipse AVN5435 wiring help [adapter]

I just purchased a slightly used Eclipse AVN5435 and am awaiting it's arrival next week. I have a 2001 Tundra Limited with the oem 6 disc in dash unit. Is there a harness adapter that I'll need to connect the unit to my Tundra? It came out of a Silverado 1500 but wasn't sure if there are vehicle specific adapters. Any help is appreciated.
